The meth head hunting trip got me off the wagon a bit this week, but back in the saddle now.

Today
Calisthenics, medicine ball, and burpies until I threw up. No kidding. My hands are still shaking.

Well, been missing out on the gym here lately thanks to work and lack of sleep...
Monday only had time to do some cardio.
Yesterday only time to do cardio and a quick shoulder workout
Today: Back full swing with cardio and legs

Tried something new today. I was off and the little one was with the grandparents. Me and the house all to myself. Call of Duty time baby. 25 slow perfect form push ups after each lost match of domination =

575 Push ups

Yeah I suck.

Ouch! So did you have to quit playing because you couldn't do any more push ups, or because the little one got home..?

Little one got home. It's not that bad. 25 pushups with about 10 min per match makes it pretty easy. If I want to make it hard I'll switch to sit ups. Push ups have always been easy for me. Those medicine ball push ups have made them even easier.

If i had a bench at home I'd work out again, but driving 2 hours to the gym won't cut it for me.

Today I hauled 5 gallon containers of kerosene across the property. When I got to work I had to get vehicle equipment cleaned up and ready to go into the new cars. Tomorrow I get to strip the last old car
