The rail has a dished out center.

Its a nice comfortable weapon (at least to hold), I look forward shooting it soon. Next I want to order an EO Tech sight for her. I have been eyeballing this model since its debut and hoped I would find one at the show so I could handle it before I purchased it.
I ended up paying $700.00 new in the box.

Heres the specs.

Properly set up, they are quite accurate.

It's essentially a scaled down M-14/M1A1. Garand locking system, self cleaning cylinder with a fixed piston.

They fixed early accuracy issues with the redesign a few years back.

Our State prison system uses them, or did a few years ago.

well, PGG I guess you will have to figure out how to get one and store it out of state or modify it for California use.

I want to see the accuracy with various loads before I pass judgement. The ones I used over the years measured their groups in how big barn walls were.

For a cop or Joe Blow?

The rules should be exactly the same, but New Jersey is sort of famous for even fucking with cops about guns and ammo.

I believe you even allow gun laws by COUNTY, which is insane.

Edited to add, I found your answer.
