I'm not entirely sure as I didn't take the photo I believe the guy was using a d80. I have a d40x however my car hasn't had a good cleaning in some time due to the weather so I havent gotten to take any pictures of my own.

That photo was taken with a Canon EOS 20D in September of 2005.

Each camera stamps unique identifying data on photos. That's how I can tell you Five-O used a KODAK DX7630, for example.
