I'm guessing the bluetooth is far cheaper than the ticket. That's bad economics, even for a liberal.

those same headsets they're giving away are selling for $125 on that site! Are you kidding me? How about giving them away to people who aren't so stupid that they get ticketed for not paying attention to the road?!?!
